Cam Involved in serious car wreck, reportedly uninjured

That section is poo. I get off on the church st exit every morning and the ability for people to merge or exchange lanes with each other is impossible.

I've almost been forced into that concrete barrier at the exit more than once when I've been down there for that reason. Not being from Charlotte, I can't prepare beforehand because I can't remember if I'm in the right lane or if it runs out, then when I try to get over, there are multiple people already in there trying to merge on. Moving at the speed limit, that seems like an impossibly tiny space to be able to merge in or out of in the appropriate time given the speed you're moving at.

I'm wondering if he swerved to avoid hitting the car and was already somewhat sideways. Then a low point of impact on a Buick Verano wouldn't take much to get that monster truck rolling on its side.

This isn't the A-Team. You can't flip a car over 3 times then just pop out and dust yourself off. The adrenaline is pumping right after a crash, and I bed Cam felt fine when the ambulance got there. But when he comes back down, he's gonna be hurting. Wouldn't be surprised if he's done for the season. But in that sturdy ass truck, and with a seat belt on, he should recover just fine.

 

Hope he has a speedy recovery.

Late to the party.  A few little notes:

 

-It's unreal how low Saints fans stoop.  Bama, ATL, and TB have shown more respect and their boards seem genuinely concerned for the guy...meanwhile at that sh*tty Saints board, it's like 50/50 ripping on him after they cheered when he went down this Sunday.  That's fuggin pathetic.  

 

-People making jokes and those pedestaling themselves to bash those who do -- just shut up.  You all look like idiots.

A lot of them are running with that fake source about Cam comments on Katrina during Sunday game as reason. Although even if the brawl didn't happen, they still would be cheering. Honestly they were never as terrible as they are now. Katrina happened and they won a SB and just became the scum of the earth

With the height of the truck, a tire (probably the rear) hit the front fender and rolled it over.

Rumor: Ron's autoshop rotated Cam's right front tire to replace an aging left front. Replacement right tire was a retread bought from a used tire dealer.
