Is Sunday a must win for Ron to keep his job?

I can't think of a worse scenario than losing to an injured, playoff eliminated, 2-11 Bucs team when the Panthers are playing at home with playoff hopes still alive.

Yes.  This season has been pretty bad and 2012 was abysmal.

I think even if we win out and take the NFC South Championship he has earned a firing. The fact is if he hadn't made stupid decisions at the end of 2 games this year we could very easily be 6-7 right now and in the lead of the division. These are the same mistakes he's been making since his arrival in 2011. Ron must go, playoffs or not.

Also that fact that he stubbornly has left DeAngelo Williams, Antoine Cason, Amini Silotolu and others in the game while their backups consistently out perform them just adds to the evidence that he doesn't belong as a head coach. Imagine if he had shown faith in the offense against Cincy or Atlanta. Who knows how different the offense may have performed during some of those awful games in the losing streak.

I'm in this camp.  Is that wrong?

 

1st NFC South team to win the division in back to back seasons.

1st NFL team to win the Super Bowl with a losing record.

1st NFL team to fire their Head Coach a week after winning the Super Bowl.

 

Is that too much to ask?

He needs to win all three games in my opinion, and that may not be enough to make me happy.
