no i am not impressed with Manziels decision making.however,i believe we will have a more difficult time defending Manziel rather than Hoyer.for example, Manziel is mobile and can elude pressure with his legs.on the other hand Hoyer has 13 yards rushing this season.since Hoyer can't extend plays with his legs,he tends to throw errant passes into tight coverage and the ball tends to sail (high throws) on him alot.
