KB should continue to get better at routes, but...those hands

Beckham didn't have much opportunity to play with Cruz. I believe Cruz got injured in Beckham's first game back.

 

Yeah back in October, I forgot about that. Still, that will aid in Beckham Jr's development next season, he's already got the talent.

 

KB putting up these numbers as a rookie and our main target is pretty encouraging, but Cotchery will be 33 next year, we need another threat. Obviously Olsen is a beast TE, but he's still a TE. We clearly need someone to pair with KB, maybe Brown could be that guy, I don't know.

On an off note, so many people have said that Smitty would have hurt KB, but perhaps he would have helped KB's completion percentage.

 

I know we all will not agree and neither do all the GMs in the NFL, but an opportunity was missed.  When you have a draft that is loaded with talent at a position your team needs badly, you load up. The Panthers should have loaded up on receiver in the first 3 rounds of the draft and kept Steve Smith.

 

You would have Kelvin Benjamin, Jarvis Landry, and Martavis Bryant. You have the punt returner in Landry and the speed threat in Bryant.

 

Steve Smith was here for one more season. He could have been the feature receiver for the first 4-8 games and then transition to KB.

 

With the coaching and front office harping on missed opportunities, then this would have been the biggest missed opportunity all year.

 

You could have spent the free agent money given to Cason, Avant, Cotchery, DeCoud, and Harper on some serviceable DL and OL.

 

I know it is in the past, but isn't this what has been thrown on the players all season as "missed opportunities"?

His hands are 11" because they're actually feet.

I also do not see him as a number 1 guy. In today's NFL however there really is no such thing as much as the ball is thrown.

He's a R-O-O-K-I-E.... when LaFell was dropping balls last year he WASN'T  a rookie
