What in the literal fug. So... I was seeing all this crotch sniffing over Odell Beckham and all this hating on KB so... I took a gander at the nfl.com stats .... Funny..

My lord.  He's a ROOKIE.  He's allowed to have mental lapses.  If he can IMPROVE (I hear players do that sometimes) then he is definitely a bonafide #1 WR.  Maybe not exactly the type you want him to be, but still a star.  The whole "numbering" wide receivers thing is so overblown anyways.  You need playmakers.  That's what it comes down to.  He's a playmaker.

 

I basically said that much in the OP.  His hands need to improve to remove the doubt.

 

Being a rookie doesn't really have anything to do with being able to catch.  

 

He is a play maker, no doubt, but is he the type of WR that will command double teams and draw attention to free the other guys with the consistency that greater play makers make?  If he is, he is going to have to display better hands when it matters, vs. when it doesn't matter.   This doesn't even take YAC into account, which I am assuming will get better as he becomes a better route runner and/or plays alongside a receiver that is actually commanding the double teams, catches with great consistency, and is a threat to take it to the house on more plays than not.

So. Just wondering. How many spectacular plays/catches of the week have these other recievers had during this season? If you're telling me you honestly think he cant shore up the drops after making some of the most ridiculous catches that nobody has any business making like he's done this season.. And you're telling me you don't think he can work on being more focused for the easy ones?

Just saying because as it stands right now KB is beating your gay fantasy love toy of Beckham.

 

oh and while he's doing it. Greg is also beating them both. While NYG have zero ahead of either or Beckham. Soooo......... Keep hitting that pipe.

 

If you don't think that Beckham has been the best WR in this draft, then you can put that pipe down.  Look at what he has done with appreciably less games than most WRs, much less rookie WRs.

 

If Beckham were available when we drafted, Gettleman would have undoubtedly drafted him.  Does that pain you to hear? I guess so by your immature response.
