Special Teams Coach: Why is he not fired?

Okay, this hasn't been going on for one or even two weeks but the whole fugin season! No sense of gap control or timing just a bunch of angry men chasing a ball. How does the special teams guy have a job?! Does he even run schemes or whatever special people are supposed to do before a game of during practice? Even the Saints were still able to do some damage there with two decent runs that could have been costly of our D wasn't up to the task.
