Trestman might not be an OC candidate

Quoting Chicago media, PFT says Trestman looks to be safe from firing. But some of his assistants might not survive. Specifically, DC Mel Tucker and ST Coach Joe DeCamillis.

DeCamillis is a pretty good ST guy. Tucker is a good DB coach.

i don't think he would be a realistic option anyway.

 

he's not limited to the pros. he's not limited to football here in the states.

 

if it doesn't work out for him being a HC in the NFL he could always take a HC gig here in college or in canada in college or the pros there.

 

i just don't think he'd be all that interested in being an asst coach again.

The Trestman option never seemed to click with me. His offense in Chicago hasn't been the greatest, and not even due to Cutler. For some reason, they forget they even have Matt Forte.
