Fantasy formats

Been adjusting my leagues fantasy roster for starters/bench players for the last few seasons. The Standard NFL roster along with 6 bench personnel for a 12 team league just doesn't do it for me. This season I found a scheme that works. QB, rb, rb, wr, wr, wr, Te, wr/te, k, def with only 4 bench personnel. Kicker position was devalued while a defense that did good got double points. This format had the people that drafted well and jumped into free agency early had the most success. The season came down where the top 6 playoff spots were already decided by week 13,however, all 6 playoff teams controlled their own dynasty to lock up the #1 and #2 seeds. The last place team in the league (me) had a solid team but was #1 by over 250 for points scored against. Was a fun season and by far the best set up I've done for 12 man league. FYI I was more involed in fanduel although this was a money league too.
