What would Josh Norman have said to get a flag?

I don't know that I have ever seen a player get a flag for saying something to another player. What could he have said that was so egregious it warranted 25 yards?

NFL cracking down on taunting. Norman needs say his peace and then move on, dont sit there and keep jawing with another player.

Norman said he was surprised by the penalty, and he said he didn’t use any profane language, which the league has cracked down on this year.
