First three rounds of the draft...

It seems everyone on here wants Amari Cooper...but here's what I propose we do instead (hoping they are available):

 

1. Landon Collins, S, Alabama -- fills a major need...DeCoud and Harper stink.

 

2. Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State -- sure hands, has the quickness to get open, unlike our current WR corps.

 

3. Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame -- quietly moving up draft boards, long arms, has quickness to defend the speed rush from the edge.

 

I would personally be very happy with this after three rounds. Let me know your thoughts!

Cedric Ogbuehi from Texas A&M or La'el Collins from LSU, but I feel we'd be reaching if we'll be picking top 7.

I would be content with The first pick. I like the boa scenario but really would like to find a plug and play lineman other than center (assuming g man doesn't cut Kalil) early.

Okay, maybe I'm crazy with Stanley. I'm just now realizing how far he's jumped...I'd take him with our first rounder.

Depending on what we do in FA. But if Cooper is what people think he is you can't pass on a game changing type player. ..

Doesn't mean much, but I'd rage if we went defense in the 1st. We're going nowhere until we get the offense fixed and caught up to the times. First few picks need to be on the Oline and receiving positions.

Also, if Coop is there when we pick, I think you have to take him.

I'd squeem if we could get Cooper, but Tampa is going to be ahead of us, and they could have a deadly WR combo.

I would be okay if they drafted O-Line in the first 3 rounds.

If we're picking 5-10 & Cooper is there I don't see us passing him up unless Schreff, Ogbuehi, or maybe Peat are still there... or if some other team offers us a crazy ass trade.
