That's a little embarrassing. More interest in CHARLOTTE for two of the Thanksgiving games and Patriots/Packers than for the Panthers game yesterday.

They won't and advertisers at that level can be replaced in seconds. But we can agree to disagree. Unless this affects the NFL TV deal someday or PSLs go away JR will not feel anything. No message has been sent.

That will just hurt the local affiliates like MyFoxCarolinas, not the Panthers. The NFL receives about $6 billion from the big TV networks annually and divides it equally among the 32 teams. So the Jaguars make as much from the big TV packages as the Steelers and Cowboys do.

 

Lack of TV viewers is equivalent to lack of butts in the seats on Sundays: just embarrassment for Richardson if he notices, nothing else.
