Repus Bowl 2014! Yeah Baby!

As a young lad growing up in the Tampa Bay area in the 80s, every year the Bucs had a horrible record.

 

 

At the end of the season, they would usually play another horrible team, and the game would be named The Repus Bowl (super spelled backwards)

 

 

Observe.....

 

 

 

So this year we get to host the Repus Bowl against none other than the team that coined the phrase.... The Buccaneers!

Yeah, living in Tampa/Brandon/Valrico/Seffner was a lot of fun, I loved it.  I was there from 1977 to 1979, REALLY fun Bucs years to be in the sunshine state.  From what I gather, my house and Zod's house were less than 2 miles apart but we were never friends as I am old enough to be his great grandfather.
