Ron been on the hot seat for 3 straight seasons. It started in middle of 2012, a lot of people wanted him and Chud to go. A lot of people wanted Kelly. JR kept Rivera. Chud left. 2013 we started off 1-4 and everybody wanted him gone. Now he's on the hot seat again. About to have the worst record since he's been here.
