He's not going anywhere. Should he? Absolutely. But he will get a chance to show that this season, not last season, was the fluke. And so, when he's fired after the 2015 season, he and Cam will come in together and leave together, only one of which will be of his own accord. And only one of them will be missed...by me anyway.

Yes. Had they brought in a new OC this season, I believe he could have been saved. However, he chose to stick with this OC and even with lack of talent a competent OC would find ways to use what little skills the current roster has. As the head coach, Ron is responsible for those under him (coaches, players, etc). I believe it's time to start over. If we're cleaning house financially for the future, we might as well pick the best suited coach to cultivate a winning locker room and let that grow together.

you know players are evaluated on "game speed", well coaches should be too.  he isnt "game speed" ready for a coach.  too many head-scratching calls and personel decisions to honestly say hes ready for sunday football as a head coach.

I hope Rivera is gone at seasons end,not a minute later. It will depend on  Dave Gettleman being able to talk Jerry Richardson into buying Rivera's remaining contract  out. The ball is in Richardson's court,hopefully he thinks the money hit  taken,would be worth releasing Rivera.

But the FO has been just as bad as Rivera since it was known Fox would be fired. Probably worse.
