And the guy in Green Bay's resume includes a stint as QB coach in Tampa Bay and some time in Buffalo. This is the ambitious mind of which you speak?

We need someone who preaches tempo. Everybody plays entirely too slow. As if they aren't worried about time, as if they are playing against lesser talents, as if they can afford to play with less effort.
