Maybe it would be better if we just lost out the rest of the season.  Somehow I thought we were still a descent team and could do OK in the playoffs regardless how we got in.

2nd and 5,C J gets a sack so it's 3 and 13 at about the 50, with 50 seconds left. Rivera takes a TO assuming our D was actually gonna stop them on 3rd down and let us get the ball back, instead of letting the clock run down, which it looked like the Vikings were going to do.

 

Best case, we get the ball at our 15 on a punt, with no TO left, and about 40 seconds. Worst case, they pick it up and go on to score a TD... guess which scenario played out.

It's funny how most Panther fans, and honest observers realize Rivera's the problem (aka horrible). However, most in the national media are too loathe or benign, dumb to mention him/know or care!
