Not sure if "custom" is the correct word choice, but I was wondering if there are any dedicated sites for Panthers fans where they have t-shirts independently made and aren't sold in stores?

Maybe check out cafe press. I don't know. One of shirts are a bitch and no one makes any money off of them without charging a ton. Best luck would be to set up a design on that site and hope they sell.

This is kinda of what I am looking for.. shirts created by fans that you may find on sites such as teespring or fan sites like the Huddle.

Since there is none out there I can find, who is good at designing logos/photoshoping and wants to partner up on a business idea?
