This weekend is the season.  The only remaining straw.  The last nerve.  Custer's last stand.  Shula's future, Rivera's future.  Quite possibly Gettleman's and Cam's future, right, wrong or indifferent.

Two things...

1) Given that the Vikings aren't very good, it'd be hard to get too excited over beating them.

2) Given that the Vikings aren't very good, it'd be easy to get kinda depressed if they beat us.

Number one is somewhat minimized if the win is a blowout, but a blowout would very much maximize the effects of number two.
