Lack of quality in the NFL

Anyone else notice this? I'm watching the Falcons Browns game and there are repeated stupid decisions that a fifth grader playing Madden wouldn't make. Examples:

-Cundiff attempts extremely long field goal, isn't even close. There was a timeout. Clearly he doesn't have the range or accuracy. So the browns decide to kick it again in hopes of giving Hester a kick return. Completely stupid and risky.

-Hester returns the ball. Slow lineman can't do much against him, he looks to have a TD. Some reason gives up on outrunning kicker and decides cutting into the middle of the field will be wiser. Gets tackled. End of half.

-Atlanta blockers sort of dancing with Cundiff. Lay his ass out and Hester has a free path to the endzone. Nah, we'll just walk beside him and play patty cake.

-Atlanta horrible clock management late in the game.

-Cleveland horrible clock management late in the first half.

And these are teams that very well may be in the playoffs. Teams both clearly better coached with better players than the Panthers.

Where's the quality?

The Rams and Chargers were playing a game of who could be better at being their own worst enemies. 2 Rams TD's called back, each team with a D score, 6 TOs, and it seemed like every penalty was extending a drive when it was dead. I'm almost surprised Gilchrist didn't McCree it on that last pick
