I was just thinking the same thing but I worry about him calling plays with our craptastic line

Doesn't change logic. It's not all on the QB, and there has never been and will never be a "perfect QB." Receivers still have to make plays sometimes before the catch and definitely after them. 

 

No one should need to watch any other teams to understand that.  

 

As for "overthrows." I maintain that if Cam played with a Julio Jones, a good chunk of those passes landing 3-5 yards in front of his receivers would be catches, lol. 

 

There is no logic when all you see is highlights showing completed passes. They don't put those throws under microscopes

But yes this organization failed to put better playmakers around Cam. Not every throw will be perfect, even Manning has struggled some times this year. But dropping passes leading to interceptions can't happen. If you get 2 hands on the ball, you should catch it. Dropped TD's by Kelvin, defenses jumping routes due to poor route running and cause defenses knowing the plays is why we're 3-7-1

heh now announcers are saying same thing saying it would have been an "absolutely perfect throw" had he not overthrown it

Like his dad before him, Kyle has always built an offensive line or used blocking schemes (like zone and cut blocking) to compensate.
