A mid round prospect I've fallen in love with

my mid round WR prospect is Devin Smith, WR OSU. has great speed, and wins vertically in routes.

DJ mentions Smith is his most recent article and how he'll climb up boards. I know you mentioned him before this article, just pointing out that others are noticing as well.

College Scout for GM Jr Scouting Josh Liskiewitz @JoshLiskiewitz

16m - ECU 's Hardy was silky smooth on his routes and consistently displayed quiet, natural hands.

12m - Cooper was up and down - looked silky smooth, at times rounded off routes badly.

6m - Hardy was the class of the 1st group IMO.

4m - Here's an honest question: What does Cooper do that Hardy

doesn't?

Collectively this group of WRs have the best hands of a

combine group I can remember.. Justin Hardy's hands the

best so far.

Justin Hardy has great hands... will be a solid inside WR for a

long time in the NFL

Justin Hardy looked really good in the gauntlet drill. Adjusted

to several balls away from his body and displayed secure

hands. Nice work.

Justin Hardy just shredded the guanlet

Justin Hardy looked good

Justin Hardy just crushed the Gauntlet as much as I’ve ever

seen it crushed

If the gauntlet drill is your thing, then Justin Hardy is your

guy. On film, he's like a slightly "twitchier" Michael Crabtree.

Bryan Fischer @BryanDFischer 1h

Why are people surprised Justin Hardy killed the gauntlet

drill? Guy only caught more passes than anybody in college.

Justin Hardy making plays out of nothing. Would be great

draft pick for Carolina based on Cam's accuracy struggles.

For people can look past the speed element/explosion. Hardy and Cooks are similar more so than most realize on this board. That three cone drill by Hardy though, 6.63.

Hardy has long arms, big hands, runs outstanding routes, natural hands catcher, chip on his shoulder, good yac ability, high football iq, good leaping ability, great body control, and I can keep going on. Wtf would not want not to draft him besides not being a burner.

Tony Pauline on ECU Pro Day:

It was rainy and cold in Greenville, which caused problems for the East Carolina pro day. The 40 was run indoors on a fast track and the shuttles were run in less-than-ideal conditions.

Receiver Justin Hardy timed 4.4 in the 40, but due to the track, scouts decided to add .2 to the time - a bit much in my opinion. I'm told Hardy will end up with an average time in the 4.5s, slightly better than his combine performance. As of posting, he was outside catching passes in poor conditions.

get this double dip WR Bologna out of your heads. we may take a WR in the first, but only if he can supplant KB as the #1 WR. we have too many WR on our roster as is.

We'll be looking Safety, OT, OLB and then WR only If one can beat out Cotchery, because right now, Cotch is our #2 wideout. KB is #1 slightly ahead of Olsen. then we have Brown and Ginn. That is not a bad group.

it looks like we have oodles of DBs and then we have Hill, whom Rivera has stated is ready to produce.

I just don't want to see everyone falling in love with this WR class, because there are none with the tools to beat out our veterans to come in on day 1 that can block and know the nuances of what is required to be dependable enough to do what is expected of a solid receiver.
