Just thought I would check some stats here....  The game after a bye week by coach

 

Capers

1-3, average score was 20-21 (so they were close)

Seifert

1-2, average score was 25-28

Fox (who was a really, really, really bad coach and only wins because he has Manning)

6-3, average score was 21-18

Rivera

0-3, average score has been 8-24.  Yep, we pretty much get blown out every year....

 

I guess the point here is, if you happen to have Teddy Bridgewater on your fantasy team, he may be a good start next week.

Manning or no Manning, a coach that has made it to two Super Bowls is not a bad coach. Don't hate on Fox. He might have worn out his welcome here, but he's also the best coach in the franchise's short history.

I don't care what anyone says. Fox is a good coach. We were lucky to have him. The best QB we gave him was Jake. Jake was a warrior and a hell of a leader, but not the greatest QB. Then we have him pickles.

He did have an incredible defense and some very good WRs and RBs. But I always liked Fox. He wasn't so much to blame for our struggles. And he did lead us to a Superbowl and an NFC championship game...
