If you can get vaccinated, do so. You really don't want this.

Yeah im going to get it in 3 yrs when im gulp 49.

As an aside. You guys in your 20's and 30's don't overlook the long term. Get some check ups in your early 30's and not wait till 40's.

I have only had one post 40 physical but I had 3 visits in 1 yr that since they checked so much I got 3 yrs worth.

Just eat smart and take care of yourself now.

ibuprofen was pretty useless to me this time, i'm on the hydrocodone/tylenol mix stuff and it's really only effective if I am still. Its all on my right side - chest, lower arm and back. And my kids are sick too, my poor wife....

I had shingles when I was 10 or 11.

Mine were weird that they only went down one arm instead of around the torso.

I had them about 5 years ago, I didn't even know what it was, I thought I had been bitten by a spider. 2 weeks of agony.
