I think i would rather him come in as coordinator first and then once ron is gone maybe step in. I just dont think ron is goin newhere til his contract is up u less he lays another turd next year. I think last year bought him an extra year with dave and jerry.

Yes.  He's already under contract as their offensive coordinator.  Probably for three years or so.

 

While he's under contract, he could only leave for a promotion to a head coaching job.  The only time he could take another OC job is after his current contract is over.

Completely different skill sets, Cam has a higher ceiling, while Flacco is more advanced in the passing game.  Which isn't that surprising.

 

 

I think that I would say Cam at the moment.

I don't know.  I'm coming around to Kubiak a little, but prefer Clements. And I'm not in love with them being WCO.  I really don't even know how I feel about a head coach calling plays. 

 

This is where I am as well at the moment.  Would also like to see Trestman come in as OC, and Shula either demoted, or cut loose completely.

 

I think I prefer for him to be cut loose.
