While there have been many other losing seasons, those of epic proportions I listed are all the result of organizational/monetary/philosophical/new GM changes within the confines of BOA. So as we head toward the finish of the 2014 season and add this one to the above list, let's just sit back and reflect upon the notion that through 20 seasons, front office decisions have sunk any hopes for at least 5 entire seasons.

Unlike most of the Panthers games this year, the Raiders -  Chiefs game was entertaining. The Raiders played with a lot of heart and  have some players to build around,like Derek Carr,Khalil Mack,Latavius Murray.The GM and coaching staff seem to have their act together and the Raiders team could be a team on the rise next year.

I hope he has his usual after bye week loss.   I feel bad for the guys on the team but I think losing out is the best for the interests of all Panthers and Panthers fans.
