I would not want to be known as the only team to make the playoffs with 5 wins in the history of the game. But this scenario will not happen. It is not reasonable to assume that the saints and the falcons will only win one game out of the next 6 weeks. The panthers could still go to the playoffs, but the panthers need to play out of their minds. It is possible because all the seasons before this we have made a late season drive to help keep Rivera's job safe. If they lose out, rivera's job would be in danger because we were in alot of games and were out-coached too many times even with the terrible talent we have on the o-line. So if he still has the locker room, i would expect them to rally to save the coach, if he has lost them then they will lose out.

The only team that I see as us having even a 50/50 chance of beating is TB and that is being generous. It would take an epic meltdown by Atlanta for us to beat them in the dome with old Ron and his crew calling the shots.

Hahahaha.   God, Please don't let it happen.  They will give Ron another extension on top of the other dumb extension.  You should automatically be disqualified if you cant finish at .500.  That would have to be the absolute worst playoff team to get into the playoffs ever.  I can hear it now.  The Panthers talking like they accomplished something amazing by making the playoffs in this utter fail of a division.  I don't think I could handle it.
