If you get a strange error message STOP HITTING THE POST BUTTON.

Just hit the slick CH logo and your ONE post will magically appear.

 

I ran into this the other day. My computer isn't mobile. Was posting a new topic. Got the error about a problem with the website programming. Rarely see this error any more & I usually avoid that website because it can mean the server or program hasn't been updated. But it being the Huddle & all, I continued. There was no CH logo to click, tried back but it went nowhere. So I closed the browser & opened it again, checking in forums and it was not there, it hadn't posted. So I typed it again & it put me through the same sequence except this time when I checked both posts were there. So I did the polite thing and edited one of the posts just to say it was a double post and to let it die.

 

Now, about the assholes that continue driving 10 mph under the speed limit on single lane roads with the double yellow line for miles ............

Seriously though your advice doesn't always work. The app is great but has its bugs. they all do. It will be worked out. But we can be a little more understanding when multiple posts happen.
