If we win out that means we beat the Saints and Falcons, and the most they can win is 9 games each. Howver they play each other so both teams cant go 9-7. Assuming they lose to the remaning AFC North teams who would win the tiebreaker?

We don't. If we win out we are 8-7-1 while New Oreans would be 9-7 if they win every game except our next matchup.

 

Also there is no tiebreaker since we can't finish with the same record as anyone in the NFC unless somehow there is another tie.

The saints have as much a chance to win out as we do (outside our mutual game).  None.  We may win this thing yet, but the saints and the falcons, with brutal schedules, are the only teams that control their own destiny.  Doesn't mean we don't have a strong hand in our destiny.  If we win out, the both teams just need to lose one in addition to losing to us for us to win the NFCS.  Both teams look highly likely to lose at least one more this year, especially considering the saints are looking more vulnerable than ever at home and the falcons haven't won a non divisional game yet.

 

On a side note, it'd be quite hilarious for a team to go to the playoffs at 6-10 with ZERO wins outside the division (falcons).
