What was the worst decision for Rivera.

Being forced to become someone he wasn't after the 1-3 start last season knowing his job was on the line, embracing it, yet subtly & slowly reverting to his actual self until the 49ers game to come back full circle to the beginning of the year.  The more we were a lock for the playoffs, the softer he got last year.  Then once he got to the playoffs he was like..."phew, now I can be me again"

We're no different than the team at the beginning of last season and throughout 2012.  He only coaches to win when his job is on the line.  That riverboat stuff is done and it never truly was...all a facade.  Given the circumstances, last season proves just as much as this one as to why he should be fired.

Playing for the field goal today? Or kicking the field goal for the tie vs the Bengals... which we should have lost anyway.

Calling a timeout when the clock was running out on New Orleans in a 2011 game allowing them to then be able to kick the field goal in a game they ultimately won by three. No, I still haven't gotten over that one. It is still the single dumbest coaching mistake I have ever seen.

there have been many but years ago when the Falcons came back to beat us in the Georgia Dome with the famed Haruki Nakamura meltdown, he didn't go for it on 4th and 1 with Cam lunging. We all knew the Falcons were going to win at that point
