I thought I would never say this but us losing out would be better for us in the future than winning anymore games.

 

This would possibly give us a better chance at getting rid of our horrible coaching staff and give us better draft position.

 

I can't believe I just typed that. 

 

Forget draft position, if losing out means we clean out this atrocious coaching staff, it's worth it.

 

There is nothing more important to the long-term outlook for this team than parting ways with Ron Rivera. It has to happen.

No matter what Rivera says the season is over. Get a new OC next year (Ron is probably staying), and maybe a new ST and Oline coach. Get a high draft pick and find the tackle they need. Maximize the rest of the draft to fill holes with young talent. FA moves to fill the rest. Keep the core players and promising young players to start fresh. This nightmare needs to be over this year.

Tampa is the only game we have a chance in.  We may well loose out.

 

(The only hope I have at maintaining my sanity is to think this way plus I want a top 5 pick this year at the draft, so sue me.)

Never thought I'd say this, but I hope we lose out.  Gotta hope that's enough to get this staff outta here, plus it will allow us to stock up on more much needed talent.
