What do you think of Rivera's habit of blaming individual players by name, but never admitting his own mistakes?

Call me spiteful but it really pisses me off that Ron is making all his mistakes here and will probably go off somewhere and have a decent restart somewhere else.

Separate note - would really like to keep McDermott at DC. Anyone who can make our defence look half decent with a mixture of rookies and geriatrics while our offence is this bad should be valued highly.

If I am not mistaken, Mr Scott said on the Huddle,Rivera should not be given a long termcontract. A lot of us disagreed with him,now my face is a shade of red because i was wrong,mighty wrong.

Many of us felt he didn't deserve an extension. But what you gonna do after the last year?

 

You know how much the Panthers covet good publicity.

 

So now that you signed him to the extension, you fire his ass immediately/any way after he showed you it was a fluke.

 

It's one thing to have injuries and lose Hardy. But how Rivera handled the end of the game is indicative of his coaching through out his tenure with the Panthers. And that's why he needs to go.
