Picking 8th at this point

I'd poo a brick if Gettleman spent our top 5 pick on a 240 lbs tweener.  I'm sure this kid's good, and he may very well have a place in the NFL.  But we already have one of the best NFL sized DEs on the roster and black holes at both OT spots and a desperate need for another pass catcher opposite KB.  The only way I could get behind this is if we were switching to 3-4, and even then it'd be a tough pill to swallow.  Surely Gettleman knows we need to give the offense a little more love than one 1st round pick and scraps in the other rounds in the past 4 years after focusing so heavily on defense for so long.

I would take Melvin Gordon top 10. With a talent like that, it would make our passing game a heck of a lot easier.

I'd almost rather have my nuts hit with a sledgehammer than take a RB in the top 10. The Patriots have an UDFA guy that's bounced around go for 199 and 4 TDs while we have been forced to endure years of overpaid first round pick RBs. Shocked so many Panther fans would be for that.

Stewart and Williams' contracts are moot.  Gordon is a great offensive talent.  I know running backs are a dime a dozen, but this guy actually has great talent.  I consider him and Cooper to be on the same level in terms of game changers.

Would love to see Cooper... I think we need to add another WR weapon this draft no doubt.

The vet WR thing don't seem to work out... Cooper reminds me of a bigger Antonio Brown, crazy good when he gets in open field. Him and KB would be badass for cam, for sure a big O line guy, solid defense player, DB or LB. This draft has many chances for us, lets see what goes down

We need much more than just Cooper.  As good as he is we need to focus on hitting as many holes as we can.

Do what we can to ship Cooper (our 8th pick) to Cleveland for their 2 1st round picks

1st: La'el Collins

1st: Devante Parker

2nd: Erik Flowers
