Was Gettleman the right GM choice? How long to stay with him?

He's letting this team crumble before he rebuilds them

Haven't seen enough yet to say yea or nay.  All GM"s miss sometimes, and make hits at other times.  The good ones just have more hits than misses. In 2 or 3 years, we will know something.

You have a crystal ball that can foresee injuries and players getting suspended?

I have no knowledge of such things.

However, I do have eyes, ears and a brain. Using any combination of the three, should have told you exactly what our offensive line situation was going to be.

Here's the thing. Right now it's too late to do anything. Come this offseason though, I will be highly interested to see how he responds

Let's be fair! A lot has happened beyond Dave's control. I do lay our weak OL at his feet, but that is it!

Gettleman was a typical JR hire and no it was not the right hire. DG is a scout not a GM.

Don't forget we brought in consultants and essentially had a search committee made for JR to bring in a GM.   We're looking at Accorsi's choice approved by JR and his advisors.

I believe that he is as long as he's committed to Cam and building a team around him.  If not, then No.  We won't know for sure until this coming off-season.  If he refuses to build a respectable line and get more weapons for Cam, then I will want him gone.
