Jesus, going right to Bruce Lee? It's like some of you have never Kung Fu'd before. Pstall is right on the money. "I like reggae! Bob Marley is the best!"

That said, I like ...

Master of the Flying Guillotine

Shaolin Soccer

IP Man

Dirty Ho

he asked for the best. Why fug around?

jeet kun do is not kung fu and IMO bruce lee shouldn't be in the conversation. most of his stuff was sparring scenes anyway, which employs metaphysical principles found in kung fu, but lacks many of the principles of movement and basic combat elements.

some of jet li's older stuff probably leads the way, along with vintage jackie chan, if you're concerned with form and authenticity over cinematography.
