I liked Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon for the story and visuals but for strict fighting, I loved The Protector with Tony Jaa

I can get what you're saying, but pretty much the vast majority of Martial Arts movie watchers are gonna say 'Enter the Dragon'.

 

Maybe you can stipulate "best other than ETD".

 

(for the record, you're speaking to someone who's enjoyed cheese-eatingly bad flicks like 'Kill and Kill Again' and 'Five Deadly Venoms')
