Browns (6-3) are favored by 3 at home vs the Texans (4-5). With the debut of Ryan Mallett, the game will feature two ex-Tom Brady backups at QB in Hoyer and Mallett. All three (Brady, Hoyer, Mallett) were on the Patriots in 2011. Hoyer said Mallett has the "strongest arm I've ever seen, and I really do mean that."
