Two Mediocre OTs signed to 1 year deals who would make the Panthers OL better instantly. Levi Brown and Tony Pashos. When the youngsters cannot keep their feet and their heads it is time to wrap up that project and call in the used up veterans to be band aids. Sign these two move Chandler back to starting guard and Byron Bell back to right tackle. Bench Amini.

Center Ryan Kalil

Right side: G Nate Chandler, T Byron Bell

Left side: Rotate Trai Turner and Andrew Norwell at G, Rotate Levi Brown and Tony Pashos at T

Run out of a two TE set with the TEs chipping and releasing on the edge rushers.

Work in more 5 step drop 2 read and hot/run passes for Cam. Emphasize getting the ball out of his hand faster at the back of his drop. Stop forcing him to go through all 4 progressions. Stop with the play action with Cam when you are behind more than 2 scores. It does not fool anyone. Run more no huddle up tempo offense to suit cam. Green light Cam on KB or Olsen when they are one on one with the DBs back turned. Time to take chances. Start rolling the pocket away from their top pass rusher or blitz.

Or just sit back believe your system fits all and watch Cam Newton get crushed and blame him for getting crushed.

Anything different than what was out there the last two weeks is an improvement...

Seeing Amini sack Cam due to being get blown up into him was possibly the worst play I have ever seen from an offensive lineman.

Chandler and Bell have been human turnstiles all season, so either or both of them going to the bench, so long as their replacement isn't a Canadian who never played a snap of American football prior to this pre-season, is also an improvement.

Well, I actually think Scott will be an improvement over Chandler much like Norwell was over Amini.

Espescially in the run game.

Is it just fan speculation that Norwell and Turner will start and Amini will be benched or have their been indications within the organization that those two will start? It's the obvious decision but I wouldn't be surprised if our coaching staff doesn't see it.

Amini and Chandler had sit performances vs Philly if we had any sort of depth. Its a shame that our team only seems to make beneficial changes when forced to by injury.

yea it should not take an injury to have removed either of those clowns. i know Bell is an easy target and he is far from good, but he isnt quite as bad as suggested here, barely. He could hold his own if there were decent lineman to the side of him where Cam could step up into the pocket. Not many T's could stop a speed rusher going as wide as they have been recently, couple that with inside stunts that dont get picked up.

Armini bum knee..swelling and out for this game at least. What they will do after this, who knows. Can't put anything past this staff.
