Is Ken Dorsey a worse quarterback coach than we've all given him credit for?

I never thought Dorsey was anything particularly special.  Shula as a QB coach either.  They might have the fundamentals down of how to develop a QB (throw into trashcans, look at how other good QBs play, etc basic drills), but they're no savants.  Cam's progression is the result of Cam's competitive nature and desire to be better, not outside factors influencing him.

Has anyone here ever played or is at least familiar with the concept of the board game Jenga?

I would like to say that a franchise is comprised similarly.

The best ones have the fewest holes and are therefore more stable and less likely to fail, structurally speaking.  Each piece, from the talent scouts to the 1st string to the owner, is represented by the individual blocks of wood.  If you remove too many pieces from the core and replace them without planning or forethought your tower is going to collapse.

Having said that, looking now at a random piece after the tower has collapsed and wondering why it is to blame doesn't do much good.

He may be bad, he may be good.  Either way the QB coach seems like an afterthought to the bigger problems.
