I wonder how many career nights this oline will have to give to opposing defenders before our FO and coaching staff realize it needs an influx of new talent. It's been over a year since Bell gave up 4 sacks to Mario Williams and not only is he still starting, but he was promoted to the most important position on the line where his ineptitude has continued.

I agree that sometimes you want a QB to have to go through the pain of a loss and stick it out. You can't just sit him on the bench and allow him to hide from it. At the same time, as Gruden said it wasn't even a division game and you have Atlanta next week and you're risking his heath. In that regard, it's pretty stupid.

 

Not sure what I think about Ron. The bad part is, the team made Fox play out his contract because they were too cheap to fire him and pay him off. I don't see this ending well.
