Get the kid an offensive coordinator that knows what he is doing and a HC that knows offense. Draft offense and seek out all the help you can get him in FA.

I liked the fact he had no idea why Cam was sacked 9 times until he studies the tape.

Lack of the ability to perform in game adjustments gets no clearer than that.

And he's owed 15 more  million for 3 years.

His response was that he didn't think Newton was struggling.

 

And no, I don't think he was 'just saying it'.  I think he really believed it.  Realistically, even the biggest of homers could see Newton was struggling tonight.

And the QB is not smart enough to go to second or third option so disguising coverage and rushing only three pretty much equates to quantum physics to a third grader and a QB holding the ball until he is eventually sacked.

The game plan was pretty simple. Hit him where he is most vulnerable.... Between his ears.

I agree 100 percent.  I just said that the other day in another thread.  Either Ron and company are gone are we need to trade Cam.  Cam requires an offensive minded coach who can build a system to utilize him properly.  Ron is incapable of anything but a 1980's offense and hoping the defense can win the game.  Rivera better be fired or I might be done until he is.

Half the sacks at least had nothing to do with Newton, the OL literally collapsed as soon as the ball was hiked and couple seconds later Cam went down.

Lets start fund raising to help our that poverty stricken JR with the cost of firing him.  We wouldn't want money to be the deciding factor to keeping him for 3 years and totally destroying Cams football career.
