I think Arians looks like the guy we should of hired in retrospect....

But it still comes back to the front office and the lack of legit talent. Arians aggressive style likely implodes with our roster too

You'd be surprised what a competent coach could do with this roster. Coaching is absolutely vital in this league, and a complete and competent coaching staff (from OC, DC, to head coach) would do wonders for this team. I see it too many times. Coaches getting fired, and then the next coach coming in and having instant success because they are just a better coach.
