We can't fire him in season bc there is no one to promote up. All of our coordinators currently lead league worst units

 

I was referring to after the season.  I'm never a believer in mid-season firings.

 

If it did happen, pretty sure McDermott would get the interim job.

The alternatives would be Shula and Richard Rodgers.

 

The only "outside the box" option I can imagine would be Jim Skipper.

I've never seen a team run so much on 2nd and short.  We don't understand how or when to run PAs and screens.
