You have to understand the cap. He isn't paid 30 mill yearly. That's what the 13 mill could've done for us. Gotten at least 2 solid o-linemen.

I do not think people understand just how bad Bell is and Chandler is pretty bad as well but not even near Bell's level of suckatude. 

 

Even a poor OT would be upgrades over these two.

Pretty much any OT is gonna start over Bell. 

 

He is that bad. He is the 3rd worst OT graded out on PFF.
