with this kind of logic no wonder you listen to casual fans and children.  What exactly would Gettleman say right now.  Sorry I screwed up and didn't bring in better linemen?  What do you say that wouldn't demoralize your players in the middle of the season?  Just like no one wants to tell Cam he sucks right now you wouldn't go public and say our o-line sucks or the secondary sucks.  There will be plenty of time for all of that once the season is over but only a fool would say something now in public.

No it isn't public relations it is being unprofessional to throw folks under the bus in press conferences.  Only a fool would air their public laundry instead of doing in private.  It isn't as if anything that happens in the media really impacts the decisions in the FO or in the locker room unless it is something like what Hardy did and that wasn't football related.

 

If you don't like someone to tell you when you are making ridiculous posts then stop doing it.  I can't help if you think it is patronizing, it is just logic and common sense.  Things in short supply around here.

Then you might consider a good graduate school because if you think NFL coaches and GMs should be airing their laundry in public you must have missed the important classes.  I have a degree in PR as well along with a few more in that psycho mumbo jumbo. I seriously doubt that you do. If so you wouldn't downplay it or spew such foolishness. You must have gotten it out of a Crackerjacks box.

BTW, the Grady College of Journalism is one of the best in the nation.
