I did not see what was said but have read the posts here and it is amazing how angry some are and quick to lash out in defense of Newton. Its ridiculous.

Reading quotes of what he said it is clear he was saying that the Panthers just don't know what the hell to do with the guy. It can be an indictment of Newton, sure, but its not.

I think we need a new offensive staff also. I have no faith in Mike Shula and his staff and I didn't last year either. I can only hope for the best for the rest of the season but we need someone who can exploit mismatches on the field especially in the redzone. Shula has consistently shown that he cannot do that.

I think he's spot on, I thought the idea of hiring Shula Offensive Cordinator was a terrible idea at the time. And everything that's happened this season, is every fear I had fulfilled.

The only thing I can't figure out is if this was so obvious, and such a large portion of the Fanbase knew this. I'm wondering why Rivera and DG haven't figured that out yet.

It was so typical of this organization though. When everyone else is trying to hire the next chip kelly or do something new we promoted an OC that had failed multiple times over. It wasn't telling that Chud didn't try to take Shula with him when he was hired from us?

This organization sucks I can only hope that DG sees that and is able to change it. But who knows...maybe he is more of the same.
