Put a middle of the road QB on our squad the past two seasons and our record would be drastically worse

We did overachieve last year. Talent around Cam was better last year but still it was weak. Also had the ball bounce our way often too.

Never said or implied that. Said Sanchez wasn't that bad. Which is why his team won more than lost. Never implied he carried diddly poo.

Cam carries more on his shoulders than any QB I have seen start a career.

seriously, the notion that this team somehow skidded into success last year invalidates the entire "argument" youre making.

it reeks of someone who has concocted their opinion from an offseason player ranking list, not someone who pays legitimate attention to the quality of position units on other teams.

the 13 team had a dominant front 7. a quality OL and weapons enough in the passing game surround an elite QB. i'm not sure how much attention you give teams around the league, but that is far more than ample enough to attain a 12-4 record.

Again, I said we overachieved. Nothing more. Cam masked a weak OL and weak rush attack.....and the ball did bounce our way.

We didn't have a solid OL last year. It was much better than this year but it wasn't solid. Which is why we could line up and run last year hardly ever. Line was so bad a washed up bad Wharton improved it...

Cam needs more. He overachieved last year with a weak cast and they gambled he could do it again with worse this year
