Rivera knows nothing about offense, special teams, head coaching, , preparation, game management,  and WE know he wont swallow his pride and get rid Shula so its not even reasonable to feel this situation is fixable.

I feels bad for the guy. It's time for him to speak out. Gettleman deserves some major heat for the state of our offensive line. It takes a real amateur to believe we'd be okay with this unit.
