It needs to be said that the Lakers are not as bad as their record says most notably because they're starting to come together and form chemistry as a completely rebuilt team, but also because they're good on defense. They also got super super hot, which happens sometimes.

 

That said, this Hornets team still shouldn't be losing to them.

 

Unless the Hornets get a wing scorer, they're going to be in the same boat as last year at best.
