Balancing love for alcohol and healthy diet

Why not just eat a healthy diet and drink?

 

Eat whole foods, exercise, and track your calories and there is no reason you can't drink. Back in the day we had to write down all this crap in a planner, now days you literally have apps that track everything for you with the push of a button. It just takes just a tiny bit of willpower.

This is my motto. I'm about to go run 8 miles and then the rest of the day will be spent boozing it up and watching football.
