So I caved and got Madden 15

Well this is better than most madden reviews on the huddle. We had one a few years ago where the user didn't play, instead decided the menus suck, and got rid of the game.

Yea the menus are horrible. You waste a lot of time trying to find the menu you need to make changes.

How do I enable total control passing?

I think the developers have over thought this series. Too many button combos in order to ace the game. Just too many things to remember. Just make a game where the players don't act fuging stupid and the physics are mostly realistic!
